Job Description


As part of Oracle's marketing team, develop integrated marketing design for events, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, e-marketing efforts, corporate identity and design for a global community. Set the tone for Direct Marketing, Events, and Branding Development. Work with team to build new technology demonstrations and content to support Oracle's global marketing programs.


Responsibilities


Here at Oracle Health Sciences in Burlington, MA, we’re designing an ecosystem of complex, data-centric applications used by the global pharmaceutical industry. Our applications help develop new treatments and cures, as well as monitor the safety and efficacy of existing ones.


The work we do is complex, but you’ll be getting the job done with a tight-knit team of skilled and experienced designers. We work hard and we like working together. Our team is supportive; we give each other advice, we share ideas, and we critique each other’s work. We enjoy grabbing lunch together, talking up our pets and children, and even sharing the occasional team run (if you’re up for that sort of thing). At Oracle, we value diversity. This role is will be responsible to develop integrated marketing design for events, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, e-marketing efforts, corporate identity and design for a global community. Set the tone for Direct Marketing, Events, and Branding Development. This role also will work with team to build new technology demonstrations and content to support Oracle's global marketing programs.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • A stunning online portfolio showcasing a spectrum of innovative design solutions.
  • 5-10 years relevant work experience with a design studio, agency, or corporate design group.
  • Proficient and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma/Sketch
  • Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS. 
  • Can handle a project on their own with some direction and reference.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and present rationale behind the work. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Understands how to design for multiple media and build files for responsive web.
  • Able to work with clients in different time zones and a can-do attitude to go beyond what is expected. 
  • Willingness to work late if needed to spend extra time on a project.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Capacity to handle numerous projects, tight turnaround times, revisions and technical challenges effectively.
  • Self-starter and able to prioritize given responsibilities.
