Product Designer Truepill

At Truepill, we are building the future of healthcare. Through our digital health platform, we empower our partners to deliver world-class patient experiences. With nearly five million prescriptions shipped, we’ve been included on Forbes’ “Next Billion-Dollar Startup” list and are proud to work with many of the world’s largest healthcare organizations. We never settle for how it’s done today. We invent how it will be done tomorrow.

None of this is possible without the right team driving us forward. We are committed to creating an environment focused on racial and gender equality, inclusion, empowerment and respect. We believe that when our teams feel supported and inspired, they turn that creativity into innovation. The type of innovation that benefits all of our people, our partners and our patients.

We encourage our team members to expand their horizons and bring their passion and curiosity to work, every day. Come join us. Let’s build something great together.

The Truepill Design Team is relatively new but highly influential. We interface with nearly all aspects of the business. And we're growing. Our team oversees product design, the visual identity system, partner initiatives and are champions of the patient experience.

We are seeking a mid-level Product Designer to help bring our platform to life. Our Product Designers develop experiences and components that help our partners support prescription management / fulfillment, telehealth visits, e-commerce, DTC therapies and population health programs. Work alongside other Designers, interfacing directly with Product Managers, and collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure implementation meets Design standards. Join planning conversations with Sales / Marketing and Ops, and present concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Because our users span patients, prescribers and pharmacy teams, we’ll need your help defining and evolving various segments of these user journeys. Start with product requirements and preliminary research, and rapidly iterate from flows to wireframes to mocks, increasing design fidelity as you progress.
