  • We are looking for someone who is ambitious and self-motivated to contribute to the Communications Design team in Q Branch as a Communications Designer. Ideal candidates have a passion for exceptional design, innovation and teamwork!
  • Individuals in this role will collaborate closely with our strategists, experience designers, developers and account teams to define and bring to life a common vision by creating concepts, prototypes, impactful visual presentations, graphics, media and new experiences.


  • Responsibilities
  • Partner with account teams to understand business goals and establish an impactful vision story that resonates with the target audience
  • Translate complex ideas into easily digestible and impactful visuals
  • Define, design and build experiences for customer presentations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and account teams
  • Champion the value of design and the Salesforce brand with account teams
  • Consult account teams on best practices that drive proven outcomes
  • Maintain brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials
  • Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams across Q Branch including demo engineering and video
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders


  • Professional Experience and Skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing, branding or agency environment
  • Strong visual design background with incredible attention to detail is a must
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to shift gears and adapt to different brands/aesthetics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hard-working, ready to learn
  • A strong portfolio of presentation work that visualizes compelling stories about business strategies and products
  • Ability to work in an autonomous and remote-friendly environment
  • User Experience, HTML, CSS and/or Project Management skills are a plus
