In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the experience design of the Global e-commerce merchants' product
- Be responsible for the design of end-to-end merchants' product, develop design goals and strategies according to business goals
- Be responsible for the overall work from early business docking, design research, strategy formulation, design output, development implementation and iteration; ensuring usability and aesthetics of products
- Deeply participate in the business, optimizing the product experience, and promote the achievement of business indicators
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in design or related fields; more than 5 years experience in merchants' product design
- Familiar with various design principles and common design patterns; able to comprehensively use user research, competitive product analysis, data analysis, and other methods to independently complete design work such as information architecture, interface layout, operation process, and design specifications
- Have a business perspective and a system perspective, good at mining insight and design opportunities
- 0-1 design experience is preferred
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese is preferred
