What you'll do 


  • Collaborate with a diverse group of designers, researchers, engineers and product partners to build world-class experiences for creative pro’s world-wide.  
  • Engage in all stages of design and product development, from early sketches and ideation to implementation and design QA.  
  • Create thoughtful, engaging, and delightful UX solutions to a variety of thought provoking design-challenges. 
  • Deliver high-quality, high-fidelity design specifications and prototypes for research, testing and hand-off for engineering implementation. 


What you need to succeed 

Must-haves 


  • 5+ years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, product design, UX or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Great design craft and attention to detail, driven to work quickly and iterate at a high-level. 
  • A collaborative attitude, open to working and influencing designers and partners worldwide. 
  • Excellent communication skills to pitch concepts, articulate design decisions, respond to feedback, and strategize with others. 
  • Creative and analytical skills to support and synthesize user research with the aim to uncover insights that create better design solutions – show humility and adjust design proposals according to user feedback. 
  • Passion for understanding and empathizing with user needs, learning how creative people do what they do and how technology plays a role in the creative process. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software and/or industry standard creative tools e.g Figma, sketch etc. 
  • Ability/flexibility to work across different time zones. 


Nice-to-haves 


  • Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering team  
  • Experience working with existing research, conducting your own research, communicating results, and acting on those results 
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team
